The Primacy of Shalawat

One reflection of the love of a person to the King of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is read blessings on him. This is confirmed in the Qur'an Sura al-Ahzab [33] Paragraph 56.

"Verily Allah and His angels bershalawat to the Prophet. O ye who believe, read blessings on you to honor the Prophet and say hello to him."

Read shalawat that is, if it comes from God, it means gifts of grace, of an angel means ask forgiveness, and if from the believers means praying for mercy.

Read shalawat, other than as a direct command from Allah SWT-that He and the angels pointed out-also has many virtues to be gained by those who practice it.

The first, granted his prayer. Rasulullah SAW said, "If any one of you reading shalawat, let starts with glorifying Allah Almighty and praise Him. After that, read blessings on the Prophet. And after that, then prayed with desired." (Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi).

In another hadith, "Any prayers will be hindered (for granted) to read out blessings upon Muhammad and his family." (HR Thabrani).

Secondly, the promised double reward. Rasuullah SAW said, "Those who read the blessings on me once, Allah will read blessings on him t
en times." (Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and Nasa'i).

Third, elevated by one rank. One morning the Prophet looked happy as can be seen from the brightness of her face. The Companions asked, "O Prophet, you seem happy this morning as seen from the brightness of your face." He said, "It's true. Last night I was met by a messenger of my Lord Spirit. He said, 'Whoever among your people who read the blessings to you all, then God wrote him ten goodness, eliminate from himself ten vices, elevating it as much as ten degrees and restore him ten degrees anyway '. " (Ahmad).

Fourth, collected in heaven with the prophet. Rasulullah SAW said, "Man is the most entitled with me on the Day of Resurrection is the most widely read blessings on me." (Tirmidhi).

Fifth, get the intercession of the Prophet. Rasulullah SAW said, "Those who read the blessings on me once, Allah will read blessings on him ten times. Then, ask God wasilah me because wasilah is sebuat place in heaven that will not be given, but to one of the servants of God. And, I hope that I am the servant. Whoever wasilah begged me, then he will reach intercession. " (Muslim).

May Allah alleviate verbal us to always read the blessings on the Prophet and achieve primacy. Amen!
